The “SMILES EXPERIENCE” is a different kind of groove with Amazing Jazz & Sexy Soul, going way back to the origins of jazz to smooth jazz, Latin jazz, Fusion & Jazz Funk, giving tributes to soul, reggae & hip-hop legends in a jazz style.

DJ Smiles and music are inseparable and he has been a Dj for many years. His music has taken him to the United States, Africa and most of the UK.

Smiles has been involved with music for a long time, attended various music festivals around the world and had the privilege to visit the legendry Fela Kuti at the world famous African Shrine in Lagos. He has participated in the London Jazz Festival and Mardi Gras in New Orleans

He has appeared on on various underground radio stations where he has interviewed RnB superstar Joe, up and coming British artists Darren B, Young Nate, Bianca Rose and many more.

With his various contacts in the music industry, he has a knack of knowing what tunes will blow up in the future and always drops new tunes before they are played on commercial radio.

As the founder of Smiles Music Inc he has now moved into artist management and promotions.

Smiles joined Afro*disiac Live Radio in 2010 and brought a different kind of groove to the station, the popular “SMILES EXPERIENCE” Show which goes back to the origins of jazz to smooth jazz, Latin jazz, Fusion & Jazz Funk, giving tributes to soul, reggae & hip-hop legends in a jazz style, and the best in Sexy Soul which takes you on a soulful journey from the classics to the present.

Smiles has produced specials shows like special tribute show to Fela Kuti, the Mardi Gras special, the Latin Jazz show and the I Know My Hip-Hop show.
