Amie Blu has today shared new track “who’s he gonna take home”, which is available now on 0207 Def Jam
“who’s he gonna take home” is about romanticizing everything about someone, its atmospheric and evocative soundscape set against what’s said (and what isn’t) between two people
“It’s the first song I ever wrote with Jay Flew,” Amie recalls. “I wanted to write something that was descriptive but still simplistic and as soon as I had the first line “he’s the type to know his words”, everything else just fell into place.”
