Michos has a music background that goes back to the early 1980s. He grew up in a family where music was bought every day and recorded BET’s Video soul on VHS throughout till around 1987.

He went on to collect more music as times and genres evolved from boogie to modern soul then new jack swing and hip-hop.

Michos started playing music at private gigs and lounge bars in the early 2000s when it became clear that there was a big gap to fill with a generation that still appreciates SOUL in Uganda. He has concentrated and focussed on playing Soul, R&B, Jazz, & Funk genres specializing in the 80s and 90s.
