The record depicts Mnelia moving on from a past relationship that she was wronged in. Throughout the record she’s telling the person who was once a love interest to stop being obsessed with her as he had his chance and now it’s over. She’s cutting all ties and she’s tired of him trying to get in touch with her family and friends post break-up.
Mnelia describes her music as sitting in 3 categories:
Bad B*tch Anthems – feel good tracks that encourage her fans to scream (strikethrough) sing at the top of their lungs in whatever is the equivalent to that ‘hairbrush moment’ nowadays and which focus on topical subjects that most may find difficult to articulate
Late Night Drives – laid back vibes that you can cruise around the city to of a late night
Feels – heartbreak, emotion feels!
